The 2003 Dibble Syrah has a nose of sweet black cherries, plum and blackberries, with a touch of pumpkin pie spice and carmelized brown sugar. 

 

On the palate, the berry and dark fruit flavors carry on with even more spice and brown sugar to a finish that lingers like an August sunset in the Dry Creek Valley.

 

This wine will pair well with pork chops, veal and duck dishes.  Salut!
